My name is Sarah Yeo and I am paralysed from the neck down due to an accident I had when I was 18 months old. At the time doctors and everybody didn't think I would make it. However I went to a normal school and eventually got a degree BSc Honours in Health and social care in order to try and help others.

I then moved into independent living and which was hard and I missed my family a lot. Then 2 years ago I met the man of my dreams and he proposed July 14th 2018. Our wedding is May 30th 2020 and I cannot wait I never thought some one like me could find somebody like him.

I haven't been away abroad since 2007 because now I have to pay for my carers as well and it just feels impossible. But our honeymoon I would like to achieve.

Please help me reach my target.
