I crashed and had multiple fractures and internal injuries which were life threataning and am very fortunate the air ambulance was available to me as it helped save my life along with the great care in critical care unit at james cook hospital, one of my injuries was a leg break in 3 places which resulted in a pin from hip to knee,,which about 14 months ago was removed and a complete knee replacment was carried out, i,m now left with metalwork in every lim and along with my lungs collapsing and damaging my liver i,m doing the great north run and wondered if anyone who no,s me would like to help raise some money for a great charity ,,
