From the 4th December through until the 1st January 2017 we want to get the festive spirit in full flow...and spread the community spirit, whilst trying to raise funds for two very deserving causes.

These are firstly the Stroke Association, who believe 'there is life after stroke' and are constantly striving to keep their vital research and support networks moving forwards.

The second organisation is a little more close to home and may be personal to yourselves. The charity is called 'Wil's Wishes' and was born from a local mum who wanted her sons memory to live on; following the devastating news last year of a young man who was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer he unfortunately lost his battle. Wil was a caring soul and would help anyone he could and from his good nature and desire to help others less fortunate his mother started this great cause in his name, with the aim of helping kids and the community who have been less fortunate in life.

Following the success of our Halloween display based at The Orchard in Barrowford we have decided to go all out for Christmas (from 4th December) and 'Dec' The Halls'...or at least create an outdoor festive wonderland for the whole of the community to enjoy.

Whilst all are welcome to come along and visit we have come together with a number of local businesses who have kindly sponsored the event to raise as much money as possible for the two deserving causes. This display will be completely free to view and we urge you to come along and have a look...and although not necessary we would be really grateful of any donations 'big' or 'small'. In addition, we have also set up this 'Just Giving' page if you wanted to make any contributions in the meantime.
