What is crowdfunding?

Story

I shall be challenging myself to a 61 mile (98km) endurance skate. Encompassing a journey from Berneray to Eriskay in one day, to raise money for the Balivanich Community Play Park group.
This is a local charity in the Outer Hebrides who utilise all the funds they receive to improve play parks and outdoor areas for the children in the community.

Started training for the big event with a 30km skate home from work. Opened my eyes to how tough the real event is going to be. Lots of work to do, so please keep sharing and donating. 😉
