hi there, im trying to relocate to another property to rent im in a housing that has violent person been abusive and a person above my room warking on vial scetching floor boards ?

im a gent aged 58 and a diabetic2 and have other internal illnesses and cant deal with trouble like this I must avoid this person wear ever I wark in the property I need to get out urgently !

iv been to the local council who tell me to go to the police other people like friends tell me not advisable this person is a crimmnal and a danger in the society it would only make things more hazerds !
