Story
BMHA is a collaboration of construction organisations in Northern Ireland who have come together to launch an initiative aimed at improving the mental health of all workers in the construction industry.
A healthy lifestyle and having a pastime that focusses the mind on an activity that fades the normal stresses & strains of life into the background for a while is good for health & wellbeing
To promote the BMHA initiative CITB NI’s Chief Executive, Barry Neilson, is cycling the perimeter of Northern Ireland. Hopefully to both promote the BMHA initiative and to raise money. Our aim is to raise £5,000 which BMHA will donate to the charities supporting better mental health to the construction sector.

• Day 1; Depart Belfast Transport Hub > Cushendall > Ballycastle (114Km / 71ml).
