Story

Please help.

The Bath Community Shop is a remarkable, impressive not-for-profit organisation, serving Twerton and the surrounding area – and it is struggling to survive.

Week in, week out, it provides very low-cost clothes, shoes, toys, books, household equipment and small items of furniture to some of the most underprivileged and most needing people in our city. Particularly in current times.

It acts as a support hub for the community.

It needs donations – always. But it needs money right now so that it can continue.

Please give what you can. And share this link with your friends, loved ones and contacts. Bath can help…

On donations, why not have a Spring Clean now and then bring your things to the shop once the lockdown has finished? It’s on the Parade at Twerton: 87 High Street, Bath BA2 1DE. Details of latest opening hours on Facebook.

Whether it’s money – did we mention that that was really needed?! – or donations, please support the wonderful work the shop does.

In the worst of times, people show their best. Please look after Bath Community Shop. Help it to continue doing all the good that it does – and more.

From the Friends of the Bath Community Shop on behalf of Rachael Fowden, Shop Manager,

A massive thank you to all the great supporters xx
