Come and support Batida Rio's spooky Zombie Walk in Warrington, on October 30th 2026!
Every October, Batida Rio take to the streets to raise money for local Warrington community organisations. What started as fundraising for World Mental Health Day has become our annual drive to support organisations based in Warrington that, like ourselves, seek to improve and support the lives of people in the local community.
This year, we're supporting Helping Hands Changing Lives C.I.C, a community group based in Orford and surrounding areas, who support their local area in a variety of ways, including a foodbank, kids hangout clubs, litter picks and social afternoon sessions.
On Friday 30th October from 7pm-8pm, Batida Rio will be joined by the amazing Northern Starr Dance Group to parade from The White Hart on Sankey Street, to Warrington Market, in full zombie costumes and light-up drums! It promises to be a very exciting start to the Halloween weekend and we invite you to come and join in the fun!
We'll have bucket collections on the day, but we also raise funds via JustGiving for convenience. 100% of the money we raise goes to Helping Hands Changing Lives C.I.C to support the wonderful work they do in the local area.
