Want to help others and donate to a great cause this Christmas?
Bristol City Community Trust is spreading Christmas joy by donating presents to Bristol Children's Hospital.
For many of us, Christmas is the best time of year, receiving and giving presents, eating as much food as we can eat and overall having a good time. For many kids this Christmas, this is not the case as they are spending their Christmas unwell in hospital.
During the Bristol City FC home fixture against Norwich, We will be running a stall where any gift donations would be welcomed and all gifts will be hand delivered by the elves at BCCT to sick, less fortunate children spending their Christmas in hospital. Any toy donations will be welcomed but we kindly ask for no second hand toys or hand me downs. Presents could include new books, games, popular figures, trains, cars , jigsaws, outdoor items such as balls and DVD’s.
The stalls will be based in classroom 1 (Enter through VIP 3, walk past the community offices and turn right down the corridor) and we advise people to bring presents unwrapped due to security reasons. We will then wrap the presents and hand delivered them to the children’s hospital on Thursday 20th December.
If for some reason, you can make it to the Gate on Saturday, please donate via our just giving page: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/daniel-white-2/story
to raise money for presents for sick children, all proceeds will go towards gifts for the Bristol Children’s Hospital. We will be taking donations until the 18th December 2018 so please get donating as much or as little as you can to ensure these children enjoy Christmas as much as we do.
You can keep up to date on our elves delivery service on twitter @BCCommTrust and any gifts will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much for your support and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
