Story
On July 17th 2018 our beloved fishing club Boxmoor & District Angling Society was broken into and burgled. This historic fishing club based in Hemel Hempstead has been an active Society since 1927. Providing the community with happy memories and a friendly place of sanctuary for anglers of all ages.
The events of July 17th have had a huge impact on our club. Our tools sheds and community huts where emptied. Decades of fund raising and donations gone within seconds.
Our fishing club is looking to the community once again in helping to raise money so that we can replace what has been taken from us and to continue to develop a green space of people and wildlife.
The Committee/Baliffs and legal officers at Boxmoor &District Angling Society are all volunteers. All money raised will go directly to the club's cause.
