Some of you might remember that back in July, my team at work and I raised over £2,000 for Transcend Sarcoma by completing the 3 Peaks Challenge.

Now, I’m taking on a new challenge—a 70.3 Ironman on September 29th, 2024.

This involves:

🏊🏼 1.9km Swim

🚴🏼 90km Cycle (with a lovely 1,400m of elevation!)

🏃🏻‍♀️ 21.1km Run

I’m taking part to support my friend Jack, who founded Transcend Sarcoma after being diagnosed with a rare and aggressive sub-type of soft tissue sarcoma . Sadly, there’s currently no effective treatment for this cancer, so this has been a diagnosis which has deeply affected Jack and everyone who knows him.

Your donations will directly fund crucial research at UCLH, led by world-renowned experts in pathology and oncology. This research is critical to understanding this under-researched cancer and finding better treatments.
