What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Story

In July 2018, 19 students from Bedminster Down School will be travelling to Kenya. They will be working in schools in very deprived areas helping to improve conditions. Pupils are collecting money to help generate funds for the trip and to facilitate school improvements.

BDS has conducted two previous expeditions to working in schools in Africa and we wish to continue with this important work. We believe that this expedition will be of great benefit to the pupils in both the Kenyan Schools and our pupils at BDS.

We hope you will donate something towards our trip and the pupils in Kenya.
