I've raised £3000 to Łukasz Kosmaczewski after serious injuries in a house fire.

On Tuesday afternoon April 16th, Lukasz’s home caught fire due to a suspected gas explosion. He was inside at the time and suffered horrific burn injuries to more than half of his body – it’s a miracle that he managed to survive.
Lukasz is under the care of the wonderful doctors and nurses at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford and has undergone extensive surgery. In time, he will heal but it will be a long and tough journey to recovery. Apart from the physical and emotional trauma Lukasz experienced, he and his girlfriend lost everything they had due to this tragedy.
While we can’t help with Lukasz’s immediate physical recovery, we can try to create a financial safety net to help them start to rebuild their lives so that they are able to focus on each other instead of worrying about things like rent, travel costs to and from the hospital and replacing personal possessions.
Lukasz is a truly lovely person, who would be the first to help anyone in a crisis, therefore we started this campaign in hope that you do the same for him

Thank you in advance to all beautiful souls out there.
