We have set up this 'crowdfunding' page so that we can support two different charities with the same challenge campaign! Our chosen charities are Brathay Trust and Alder Hey Children's Kidney Fund and all funds raised will be split equally between the two charities.

We are competing in the Hyrox World Championships in Manchester on Saturday 27th May, followed by the Ride London 100 mile cycle sportive on Sunday 28th, with less than 18 hours between.

The Hyrox Event is a functional fitness race which comprises 8 repetitions of a 1km run which is completed together, interspersed with 8 other exercise stations which are split between us. These stations include 1km ski erg, a 50m sled push, 50m sled pull, 100m of burpee broad jumps, 1km row, 200m farmers carry, 80m walking lunges and 100 wall balls.
