I've raised £100000 to refurbish the much-loved Beaumont Parish Hall, established in 1950 and providing a central community hub for wide range of activities.

We want to save Beaumont Parish Hall, which has been serving this small rural community on Hadrian's Wall, Carlisle, since 1950. The hall was originally made out of two second world war nissen huts which have now become very dilapidated and are structurally unsound, so we want to repair and insulate it.
The community loves this quirky little building, which provides a central hub for people of all ages to gather and socialise. We desperately want it to continue to serve for the next 70 years and have been working hard since 2013 to raise money and obtain the permissions to work on this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Unfortunately, rising prices have now completely outstripped our ability to raise sufficient money by ourselves.
Please help us to keep this little piece of history alive for our children and grandchildren"
