It's that time of year again, Beckenham!!

Following the overwhelmingly positive feedback received last year from both residents and businesses alike, the Beckenham Christmas Lights Committee are back in action to bring sparkle and festive cheer to our High Street this year!!

This year's lights will be centred around the theme of: "Celebrating Community".

We have received lots of feedback and suggestions from you all, which we have sifted through over the past months, and this year we would like to take the idea forward which was a clear front runner amongst the many emails received.

We are hoping to add a series of stalls run by local businesses to the main Christmas Tree Lights Switch On event. From chocolates and wine, to gifting ideas and wreaths - along with lots of fun activities for the kids!

Obviously this is dependent on our fundraising, but as always -

We know the power of our local community!

Every single penny counts, so any donation, no matter how large or small, is greatly appreciated!

Funds raised will cover so many different costs, ones that are expected and many that are not immediately obvious. In the interest of complete transparency we will be issuing a detailed cost breakdown on the Beckenham Appreciation Group Facebook page so everyone is clear on how these funds are being used and what we need to cover.
