Hi everyone. I have recently started a charity for people struggling with mental health issues and for those close to them who support them along the way. Each month, you can either nominate someone to receive a box or receive one yourself, these are FREE!! These will include items to help you or someone else take time out to look after themselves. I want people to know they aren't alone and there's always someone listening and willing to help. Please like and share to try and spread the word!!!
