Story
Hi everyone. I have recently started a charity for people struggling with mental health issues and for those close to them who support them along the way. Each month, you can either nominate someone to receive a box or receive one yourself, these are FREE!! These will include items to help you or someone else take time out to look after themselves. I want people to know they aren't alone and there's always someone listening and willing to help. Please like and share to try and spread the word!!! The winners of next months boxes will be for the people who can get this message as far and wide as possible!! Please message me for more details :) xx
