This Mindful Life CIC offers Mindfulness Courses to diverse communities including refugees, asylum seekers and those from low socio-economic backgrounds. We want to offer free places on our public courses - your generous donation will mean someone can join a course they would not be able to afford themselves.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and joining a group can also reduce social isolation. There are many other benefits from participating in a mindfulness group such as reducing sadness, depression and negative thinking.
