Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Bedouin Aid Project

With the blessing of Ramadan approaching very fast, I wanted to take this opportunity to request you all to support the only Aid project supporting the South Sinai Bedouins in Egypt Sharm. No other UK based international aid charity is operating or supporting in the region under the current climate and issues in the country, even though I have written to many!!

The Bedouins over the past few years have suffered lots of difficulty with loss of tourism; their biggest livelihood and income generator since the Sharm El Sheikh tourism region was closed down and tourism stopped. Businesses have shut down and a lack of rainfall for their wells, gardens and animals are also causing extreme difficulty. Many families, elderly, sick and orphan children are stricken and suffering extreme poverty as a result. Last year we raised funds and opened a community well, distributed 257 food bags and supported a child with emergency hospital medical operation fees and supported Mr Hassan complete his mosque development. This year Insha’Allah with you support we want to do more.

Please support us by donating and contributing what you can

    - Food pack £20 each per family

    - Rebuilding a community well - £1000 with a stone plaque with name or agency on it (overseen by Makhad Trust)

    - Qurbani - prices on request

    - Support a Orphan child for 1 year - £200 with social, educational, clothing and medical needs

    - Support a community garden - £500 to grow and sell fruit and vegetables

    - Support building or renovating a mosque - target this year is £3000

    - Building a long lasting roof for family home - £50 per home

    - Bee Hive project - £700 to harvest and sell desert honey

All donation will be overseen by myself Director of UK Friends of Abrahams Path. I will personally ensure ever single penny 100% goes to those who need it the most with the support of the local tribal leaders.

If you would like to find out more or wish to meet to discuss any work, desert trail , donations, questions or ideas etc. please contact me directly:
