Story

The Junior Bingley Bee's Rugby section based at Bradford and Bingley Rugby club , Wagon Lane , Bingley are running the Myrtle Park 5k parkrun on Saturday 14th March to raise funds for a fellow rugby player. Luke Mortimer of Skipton Junior section age 7 tragically lost both his hands and legs when he contracted Bacterial Meningitis before Christmas. The mini Bees regularly play Skipton minis and when we heard this news at the club we all felt compelled to support the family by trying to raise some much needed funds for Luke and his family.

This will be a challenging event for our mini Bee's so please get behind us and sponsor us for this worthy cause. Luke and his families life will never be the same again so please give generously to try and make a difference.
