Unfortunately, after 40-odd years and many repairs, Santa's sleigh suffered some irreparable structural damage on this year's tour around Beeston. While some quick-fix welding allowed Santa to visit all the children in the area this year, he will need a new sleigh for 2023.

Santa's elves are already hard at work designing a new and improved sleigh which will allow the music to be louder and clearer, to be more environmentally friendly, easier to manoeuvre in those tight cul-de-sacs and, most importantly, safer for Santa.
