It has always been my dad's dream to take part in the crazy Red bull soapbox challenge, and this year it's become a reality!!! For those who don't know what this is, it's an insanely crazy race where you have to build your own cart to race and preferably not die!!!! Oh and then there is the performance!!!
We have taken inspiration from the great Manchester Bee with our creation of Beezy Rider and thought we may as well raise some money in the process. We are splitting the money between Breast Cancer UK and Macclesfield Lions, a charity that raise money to support underprivaledged families (amongst other things) in the local community.
Assuming the cart makes it, it will then be taking part in the Bollington soap box challenge too!!!
All donations, no matter how big or small would be gratefully received!!!
