Never has the world needed Yoga more. Never in millennia has humanity been called to the spaces in between as we are being now. With almost every body healing from somthing, our school offers a safe place and a vitally important unique Life & Soul changing practice.

B.E.Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga Edinburgh) established in 2011. Welcoming and celebrating every individual who has walked through the door since. The first & only school in the city (only 3 in Scotland) offering the pure, original teachings of this incredible series. We have shared each others lives and stories on and off the mat…marriages, divorces, births, passings, breakdowns, breakthroughs, recoveries, healings, sickness, health, celebrations, discoveries and friendships. The heart of the school has always been the people, every single Yogi who faces their truth in the mirror, countless incredible teachers, an ever evolving team of Karma staff who trade their time to study, many becoming teachers, everyone loved and supported on their journeys by the whole community.
