Hi, we're Nick and Bella! We work together at an architecture + interior design practice in London which is where we heard of the amazing work that Convoy4Ukraine do.
Since the start of the invasion of Ukraine in 2022, 3.7 million people have been internally displaced. According to the United Nations (U.N.), 14.3 million people will need humanitarian aid and protection in 2024. More than two years on and many Ukrainian communities are still living in fear and struggling to survive.
The people of Ukraine are asking for our help, and humanitarian aid is vital to support the relief efforts. In September, we are joining the non-profit organisation Convoy4Ukraine to drive across Europe. The financial donations will be used to source second-hand vehicles in the UK and to purchase material aid. They'll be delivered directly to our trusted Ukrainian partner organisation Sunflower Network who support people in need.
This is Convoy4Ukraine's second trip of the year. In March they drove from Cambridge to Lviv Oblast to hand over vehicles and supplies of everyday items. The aid they brought was met with immense gratitude.
This is a cause we're both very passionate about. We will be very grateful for even the smallest amount of support... and especially so for the largest!
