    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

For my final major project at Falmouth University I have created an interiors collection specifically for use within safe houses. Inspired by the lovely residents I have spoken to and the safe houses I have visited. The designs are carefully created to provide a comforting and calming environment for communal spaces throughout the homes. As these are purposefully designed it would be amazing to be able to have some of these prints produced onto soft furnishings such as cushions to be used by the residents and brighten up their living spaces. Any small amount you can donate will be so greatly appreciated by people who may not have been as fortunate as ourselves.

As a designer I take a philanthropic approach to my work. Careful research and in depth exploration leads me to create pieces that have purpose and meaning behind them. Focusing on markets that may not have the funds, but benefit hugely from specialised designs.
