I've raised £2000 to to help Belper Tennis Club recover from the recent flood damage done to their courts.

On 7/8th November the River Derwent burst its banks and caused significant flooding around Derbyshire. As a result, the Belper Meadows Community Sports Club grounds were flooded, our tennis courts and equipment sheds were submerged and as a result, have suffered extensive damage.
Members from all of the affected clubs have worked together in a massive clean-up operation however, some of the damage to the tennis court surfaces will require professional help to make them playable again and equipment will have to be replaced. The courts are used on a daily basis by children and adults alike and it would be great to have them up and running as soon as we can.
Due to the location of the club, we are not insured for any flood-related damage. We would therefore be grateful for any donations so that we can resume our normal state of play as soon as possible.
A huge THANK YOU in advance from everyone at Belper Meadows Tennis Club!
