Myself and for the Balfour Beatty boys Adrian Blundell , karl hughs , Colin John Sharpe and alan davies will be runnign the cardiff half Marathon on 6th october this year ..
All money rasied will go to the maisie moo foundation
the foundation is a pembrokeshier based charity that help young children in are local area !!
