Story

** UPDATE: REMATCH **

Last October, the Mayor's rigorous training routine proved too much for him, and a fractured clavicle forced him to pull out of the Mayor vs Deputy Olympic Triathlon Challenge.

He may have been down, but he was not out. After months of recouperation, he's BACK and ready to take of the mighty challenge that is DEPUTY MAYOR SLADE. Who will emerge victorious in this epic battle? With either of them actually finish?

On Sunday 7 May 2023, Mayor of St Neots Ben Pitt and Deputy Mayor Richard Slade go head to head in an Olympic Triathlon to raise money for the Mayor's Charities - Disability Huntingdonshire, Loves Farm Community Money Advice and the Young People's Counselling Service.

The Challenge

A 1500m open-water swim near Paxton Pits, 40km cycle across Huntingdonshire, followed by a 10km run through St Neots. Who will triumph in this ultimate battle of physical endurance?

Just to be clear, the Mayor and his Deputy are not Olympic Triathletes. Wish them luck.

Disability Huntingdonshire (DISH)

DISH's mission is to enable people with disabilities to achieve independence and live with choice and dignity. Love's Farm Community Money Advice
