I've raised £100 to Suicide prevention (The Happiness Project)

Hello I'm Ben,
I wanted to do a sponsored diet but apparently I'm not allowed to do that haha. I'm going to be running at 10k instead so that I can lose weight and raise money for a fantastic cause at the same time. I put on a lot of weight due to depression, anxiety and PTSD.
I will be donating all the money to The Happiness Project, THP is a suicide prevention charity within Manchester. I help run THP along with another handful of volunteers and we want to build a website in order to provide support to even more people, but we can't do it without your help.
At the moment NHS waiting lists for counselling can be around 8 months, and if you are suicidal that's a long time to wait. We have set up a support group that runs in Manchester once a month. The group gives us an opportunity to meet those people that have liked our Facebook page, and just provide them with a friendly ear to listen and to talk to. Sometimes the people who come to the meetings have lost their jobs through depression or other mental health issues. It's nice to be able to offer them some support. If people are low on money we will buy them a coffee and some cake just to cheer them up.
We need your help especially in building the website! We want to help more people and to prevent loneliness and suicides.
Even if you can donate £1 that would help so much.
Thanks a lot,
Ben Schofield
