£1,710raised of £5,000 target by 22 supporters

Weʼre raising £5,000 to create a fund to support Ben's boys, Noah and Otto when they're older

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Ben Callis passed away suddenly on Friday 19th April 2019, leaving his beloved wife Sarah and boys Noah and Otto. We are raising funds to support the boys when they're older to put in a Trust Fund that will contribute to their further education or any other pursuit they choose. Thank you for your generosity.

Sarah and the boys have been absolutely blown away by the amount of love, support and beautiful stories that people have been sharing about Ben. She is compiling a book of happy memories and stories about Ben ,for Noah and Otto to read when they are older to help them understand what an amazingly funny, kind and all round special person he was.

It would be fantastic if you could share a happy memory about Ben and remember to include your name and how you knew him. You can either post it on this page or email Sarah directly on This is not a condolence book but a book to celebrate Ben's life with stories and happy memories. Thank you so much.

Ben and I were Sapient desk-mates for a while. He was kind, friendly, welcoming and funny, and it was a pleasure to share his company every day for that brief spell. Terribly sad news.

Though we didn't know Ben directly we've been so touched by friends' memoirs. Draw strength from who he was and will continue to be in all your and our hearts and souls. Much love xx

I was so shocked to hear the news. I worked with Ben at Sapient and can only echo what many others have said. A true gentleman full of inspiration. My deepest sympathies to the family.
