Hello my name is Ben Cox and if been suffering for many years with my mental health and as a man i have found it hard admitting it and seeking help when iv needed it.

I am doing a charity boxing match on the 30th of November on the island and I'm hoping to raise £750 or more for Men Only Lets Talk charity based in Ryde on the island.
