Story

We are funding to go to Romania next year, with a charity called cry in the dark. The charity was created to help other people in need. Compassion in action, the reason why we help people who really need it, we help build paths, see exactly how it is to live in extreme poverty, to open up our eyes to see what is happening around the world.

These funds will cover money for the flight there and some resources to help out with the community. While we are there we go to orphanages, small communities and people who have life very hard, to see how it really is to live in a poor place and to see how well we actually live.  The plane costs around  £300, immunisations can cost £50-£100 and  other  will  cover  for  food  and  resources  to help  people  there,  for  example;  concrete,  fresh  water,  etc.

For one of my GCSEs I chose leadership, which is supported by the archbishop of York to help in communities. We learn how to be a leader and we do life changing trips.

The trip to Romania has been left for us to fund and raise money for.

please if you can, support me even if its a small amount, it still counts. The link  to  cry  in  the  dark to see what the charity do: http://www.cryinthedark.org
