Ben has spent the past two years working for All Souls Langham Place as a Church Assistant. During this time he has taken on several opportunities to preach God’s word under the supervision of the ministry team here. He has also taken up opportunities to share the gospel with the lost by leading tables at both Christianity Explored and Life Explored. During his time at All Souls Ben has had the chance to grow spiritually and to learn what it means to do the work of God’s ministry in the lives of the church family. He was supported by his home Church, Village Seven, and by All Souls, in his application to Covenant Seminary and has been accepted. Ben and his wife Sarah are now making plans to move to the US in order for him to take up this place, starting in January 2018. After his studies, Ben intends to pursue ordination in the PCA.

We have estimated that we will need roughly $42,000 annually to cover our costs of living and seminary tuition and fees. Seminary accounts for a little over $13,000 of this figure - with tuition being the bulk of the cost, and books and seminary administration fees amounting to approximately $1,200. We are planning for Sarah to work full time in order to meet the bulk of costs, and are hopeful that she will be able to earn around $30,000 per year. Combining this estimated salary with the financial aid we have already secured, we need to raise an additional $11,000 in order to avoid incurring debts through Ben’s studies.
