We are a small village school of 100 children from Reception to Year 4. As with most schools, we have limited funds to spend and when one of our school play areas had to be closed off due to the age and condition of the equipment, we were not sure how we could get the money to update it and get it open again for our children to use.

We are really pleased to have been funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund for a new all weather surface and now we just need to raise the money for the trim trail equipment to finish off the new play area for our very excited children.

The children got involved and have chosen the equipment they would like and are working hard in school, alongside the staff and our PTA, to raise as much as they can to make this happen but they could do with your help.
