Bermondsey Square Jazz Crowd Funding 2024
We are crowd fundraising to help cover the production cost shortfall in order to present The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days 2024 .
Regretfully we did not receive any Southwark Council Neighbourhood Funds to support the popular jazz days for 2024 . Unfortunately the local ward councillors chose to award zero Neighbourhood Funds for the Bermondsey Square Jazz Days and alternatively apportioned The Bermondsey Street Festival one annual event in September with a grant of £9,800 .
Many believe this to have been a poor and unfair decision actioned by the local ward councillors overlooking the true value of The Bermondsey Square Jazz Days which have been operating as free community events every summer since May 2018.
Your donations will be used to help cover musicians expenses and support umat.org.uk which operates as a grass roots non profit CIC (community interest company )
