Story

On Sunday 16th September 2018 our lovely Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed away having spent 6 weeks at Lister having suffered a stroke. Whilst at the Stroke Ward, we noticed all the things they were short of. There wasn’t enough stands, nurses running around looking for ear thermometers and blood sugar level machines, and fans on a hot day (1 for 24 beds).

To thank the staff for their care of Nan we would like you do donate to a cause that Nan would greatly approve of and so the staff and patients time on the ward can be made better and easier in what is a very difficult and upsetting time.

The money will be used to purchase all the small bits and bobs which will make a hell of a difference and help make people feel more comfortable. The money will not go directly to the ward (to be lost in admin costs) but will be used to buy items from a specific list they have supplied.

In memory of Beryl, Peggy, Mum, Nan, Great Nannie or however you knew her 💕 Thank you 💕
