Story
So, this wasn't my idea, but Lauren and Louise's from our little Facebook group Crazy Cat People - Wirral and Beyond, but thank you girls. I can only really adopt SopHE as my own once he has been microchipped. I will of course get him insured too. He is booked in on Thursday 7th March to be neutered as he is still an intact male, to be microchipped to me, for full bloods (to make sure he hasn't got FIV) and for lots of other bits and bobs such as flea and worming treatment, he will also be vaccinated over a 4 week course. So, these girls suggested I should set up this page as people may be willing to help towards the cost, and until I can get a buyer for my beautiful but redundant designer shoes (ladies, inbox me if interested), any pennies would certainly help.
I hope people are not offended at this page. I know people can be weird about people asking for money. But it really is for this needy little boy, who's name I am yet to change.
I feed the foxes too and another feral cat (who is so feral I have no pictures), along with another two that jump in my yard for scraps and cuddles, all funded by myself and I don't begrudge a penny but happily donit as they all bring me such joy, but of course pennies help.
Im ao happy SopHE has come into my life and once it's all official and he's my boy, legally, he'll get the best I can give. And HOPEFULLY decide to live with us.

4 years agoSo Bluebell'a socialisation is getting there. He is spending more as more time with me in the flat and my girls are pretty much ready to meet him. He can once he's been neutered and given FIV all clear. I am concerned about a limp he seems to have acquired today. I'll try get a video of it. Every time he comes back with either new scratches or a bite mark or tosay it is a limp on front right paw and back right leg. I worry so much for this boy and really hope he'll decide to stay home more often than not. Thanks so much for your kindness xx

4 years agoLittle update guys. So the lump I found on Bluebell's belly yesterday I actually saw it last night and it is not underneath the skin but open and a a bit smelly. This could be nothing but I have hit panic stations and rather than him nicking himself on shrubbery or in a fight I'm now worrying it may be something bad. I pray it isn't but I've brought forward his op to next Tuesday from 7th march. I've also been overthinking this swelling in his belly. Again could be worms but I'm worried now. So he's still gorgeous and loving but will update x

4 years agoThank you everyone who has donated to Bluebell's treatment. I found a lump on his belly today so I'll have the vet check it out. I pray it is nothing. But he may need a scan. Rubybhas had a scan before, bless her, the have to shave the area 😩 Anyway will keep everyone posted. Here is him today on my landing. The socialisation is going very well and I'm so chuffed with his progress. Follow our journey on the group Crazy Cat People - Wirral and beyond xx

Many call me a Crazy Cat Lady and I quite enjoy the label, it's prettt accurate but I cannot stand by and do nothing for the ferals and strays that cross my path. I've been feeding them for 5 years and the foxes but this boy SopHE/ Bluebell needs extra love and care. Bless him
