Story
Hi, my name is Beth and I'm a 16 year old pupil of Belfast Royal Academy. Through school I have been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Malawi, Africa for work experience. I'm one of a select number of people chosen to take part in this amazing experience. When applying for this I was able to choose a particular area I would like to work in. The areas ranged from healthcare to teaching to business. I've chosen to go down the healtgcare route and will be doing work experience for nursing in Malawi. I will be able to get very hands on working alongside Malawian nurses. Not only will we be working, but we will also have a number of opportunites to help the local people in Malawi. As a team we will be doing things such as building a house, visiting schools and donating resources. The money I am raising will go towards resources needed for this aid and towards helping me get there. Raising the money is part of the challenge and I know I can do it. However support shown towards this amazing opportunity will help immensely. I encourage you share this with your friends and family and hopefully make a contribution, no matter how big or small. It all means a lot! Help me get to Malawi and be the change! Thank you!
