Motec Life UK is a charity that delivers Orthopaedic Training and care in west Africa, I work as a volunteer for Motec life.

I am doing an extreme abseil to help raise funds for this next trip which will take place in October. I have already traveled out to Ghana twice with Motec the first time I raised money from an event at my house the second time I paid for it my self.
