Both me & my Brother (Tomas Flood) are going to be doing a skydive in Swansea on Sunday 16th August, to fundraise as much as we possibly can for St David’s Hospice.

This cause is so close to our hearts because recently we lost our beloved Bamp, it’s a day we didn’t think would come this soon or as sudden as it did.

In the last few days we spent together the staff in St David’s Hospice were incredible, they made sure my Bamp was comfortable and we were all supported.

It’s such a beautiful building, truly a home from home feel and every single person showed so much care and couldn’t do enough.

I am a strong believer that the experience they provided helped our healing and grieving journeys.

We are so grateful as a family, my Mum, Uncle and his partner have all participated in runs and my Step Father has also done bike rides to help the charity.

My Husband is currently training to do the Cardiff half marathon so if you haven’t already donated please do to support the wonderful care the St David’s Hospice team provide every day 🤍
