Story

On Sunday the 3rd of September I'll be running the Cardiff 10k, in preparation for the Cardiff Half on October 2nd.😬

Ask anyone, I AM NOT A RUNNER!!! This will be my biggest challenge so far, but each blister, tear and mile will be worthwhile when supporting such an amazing charity.

Oshi's World/ Byd Oshi is a charity, set up to create a world that is accessible for children with special/additional needs, a disability or life limiting condition. The Sensory Cafe is a fantastic venue that supports local families with it's coffee morning running every Saturday at Byrd Crescent Community Centre Penarth, between 10am and 1pm.

Dig deep people, this is a fantastic cause and I hope you can help me reach my target!!
