The Comets Performance Ensemble is a youth marching corps whose aim is to encourage young people in and around the Dudley area to participate in the unique activity that marching in a corps can provide. We provide musical, marching and dance tuition, instil a sense of self discipline and self worth, whilst encouraging other young people to join a group activity to experience the feeling of being part of a team.
One of the main reasons for the corps existence is to provide its members with the opportunity to compete against other likeminded organisations across the UK. This is achieved by competing on the British Youth Band Associations summer competition season.

We have also taken part in the Birmingham International Tattoo for the fourth year running and hoping to carry this on for next year!

We need your help to raise funds for rehearsal time at The Coseley School. With your support the band can continue for many more years to come!

So Bethany and Katie are taking part in the Winter Wolf run on the 5th November. They are throwing their selves into lakes, obstacles and tackling a huge amount of mud in the way to raise funds the for The Comets. They are nervous but excited! So please help them out and help the band out too!
