Hello, I'm beth I help run Castleford hedgehog rescue with my mum Jill, this year has been very challenging to us many hedgehogs have come to us with injuries which cost alot of money, time and care to get them back into the wild, we currently have over 60 hedgehogs and they eat alot of food and need medication to save their lifes

we have set up another rescue in Castleford which is very pricey for food, medication and basic care needs we take in average 10 to 20 hedgehogs a week between 2 rescues, and as much as we love and appreciate our supporters some finders don't help with the cost of 1 hedgehog, 1 hedgehog costs the rescue £35 a week in food and medication, Eletric and heat supply thats £150 a month just for 1 hedgehog

We've used alot of medication to care for the injured and poorly hedgehogs so we are doing a fundraiser for more medication, food and the basic things we need to help these poorly hedgehogs
