As many of you will know, we lost our Bethany in May after a long fight against Huntingtons disease, less than 3 years after her Brother Leo and just 5 years after their Dad. No parent should ever have to go through what Claire has been through and most of us can not even begin to imagine!

Due to Beth being an Adult, Claire is not entitled to any financial support towards the cost of funeral expenses or a headstone. Furthermore, because of Beth's condition, life/funeral insurance was impossible to get for her because of the extortionate rates companies were trying to charge. The added financial burden of these costs should not be hanging over them and the situation is making it harder for them to grieve.

Therefore, family and friends are walking Hadrians wall from coast to coast in August. 84 miles in total and will take around 7 days to complete. We will be trying to arrange other fundraisers in the meantime to hit the target to take this financial strain away from Beths immediate family and get her the headstone she deserves next to her baby brother.

More info of other fundraisers will be added as we confirm dates, and this just giving page is to keep the total together to be able to offer to Claire once we have achieved the target.
