Flo is a 10 year old rescue cat who is the sole companion of a 79 year old disabled pensioner. They keep each other company and have a special relationship. Flo never ventures far from Nana's side, however on a short wander she has been viciously attacked and bitten by another cat. This has caused a nasty, infected abscess and a huge hole in her head. She has been shaved around the area and treated with antibiotics at a cost of £90.00, however she now needs surgery to stitch the hole and her ear back down. Flo and nana would be grateful for any help towards the cost of the surgery which will be £400-500. Pet insurance has now been purchased but will not be able to be used as this had already happened.
