Our daughter, Bex Kemp, had a "Catastrophic Brain Stem Stroke," in 2019, which has left her paralysed, from the neck down, unable to eat, drink or speak, but 100%, cognitive .
Lack of mobility is causing her to suffer bowel issues & she has, just this year, been to A&E, 3 times for a very painful procedure.
Although she cannot speak she found the 2nd one so painfull she shouted "No!!"
It's been recommended she stands, on a regular basis, which will require a Standing Chair.
These cost around £25,000 new but 2nd hand ones can be found for £12,000.
