Story
We are a group of special guardians and adopters who come together to help our children. We would like to help further knowledge and understanding about what happens after a permanence disruption, (children going back into care from adoption and special guardianship), to minimise further trauma and support our children when for reasons that are not their fault or ours, they cannot live within the family home. This is a heartbreking situation for all concerned.
