I've raised £500 to help “the less fortunate” @bhaishabb_official would like to give hope to 30 poor families in Bangladesh so that they can have a joyous Eid.

Every year, the night before Eid, we sit around the dinner table, with friends who are more like family. Sat together, we have a spread of food to tuck into in order to break our last fast. And we look forward to the Eid day celebrations ahead.
This year, stark reality has stared us all point blank in the face. The reality of the world outside our own bubble. Had our brothers and sisters not suffered enough? Through no fault of their own, the poor people of Bangladesh have not very much to look forward to as the fasting month will come to an end. What hope do they have? Who would give them hope? If I emptied my account, would it give them hope? How would the loss of money affect me?
This year, Bhaishabb Official would like to give hope to 30 poor families in Sylhet, Bangladesh so that they can have a joyous Eid. The money raised will be shared between these families so that they can buy food, clothes and have something to look forward to. At first we had a gulp in our throats as we wondered how we would reach our target. But that only lasted a moment! For we had hope! Hope in an ummah who always pull together.
A pound here, ten there would all add up ! And the best thing of all is Allah will still reward each pound despite the amount. It was possible. So we signed up to do our bit.
Will you help us to spread joy in this Ramadan?
