Story

Kerala, the southern state in India, is going through the worst flood the state has seen in a century. As the death toll has risen to 400 with more people feared missing, rescue operations conducted by the government and private individuals are underway to mitigate the distress caused by the floods and landslides.

Around 1,000,000 people have been spread across around 5600 relief camps throughout the state. They are in urgent need of supplies including food, medicine and sanitary products. Even though the rains began to ease, there are still families stranded in their houses without food or water. With families displaced and homes damaged beyond repair, any contribution you could make will be helpful. Your donation will be sent directly to the chief minister’s distress relief fund which will give a boost to the rescue and relief operations.
