Hi. My name is Richard I am a Key Worker for Gloucester House Addictions Rehabilitation Center (Salvation Army). Unfortunately due to underlying health issues I am confined to home on full lock-down during this Coronavirus and cannot do what my brave colleges and all the other key-workers are doing. So to give back I am going to ride on a cycle trainer form John O'Groats to Lands End in the safety of my back garden (and shed if it's raining). All of this will be streamed on Youtube with and interactive map so you can follow my progress and watch me suffer :). I will split the money raised equally between NHS Charity, Brighter Futures and Gloucester House Addictions Rehabilitation Centre. I have no idea how long this will take as my health conditions make this quite hard but I will achieve it. Please support me to support these excellent causes.
